It was open late night. It had a great array of food. It made my little friend happy. She enjoyed her food and ate it with a smile.

Typical old School dinner middle of nowhere. Quick breakfast all Was good. Service was great. I'm and out fast was nice and hot and fresh. All you can ask for.

It means a lot to come back here after a 5 or more year hiatus and the waitress still knows your order down to a T. My girl Monica is still doing that thing like a boss over there. From my previous review 5 years ago the diner has changed ownership. The food still taste amazing and the service is out of this world good. Pancakes and French toast are the best I ever had. I hate that I had to move so far away from my favorite diner, so ever trip I have that takes me close I have to stop by. If your in the area stop by as for Monica and enjoy your life changing experience.

I visited on 2/14/24, had a decent meal with my fiancé . Upon paying the bill, I saw a charge of $1.00 for two takeout containers. I expressed my displeasure and surprise for the charge. I will not return. It's the principle. There are many other fine dining establishments that I can and will frequent ,that do not charge for a takeout container. Your short sighted business plan. cost you a good customer and one that tipped staff well. I stood by all these years through changes in ownership. Same menu items are a dollar or two more at Duchess Diner but larger portions, better quality and no charge for takeout containers. Mike From Poughkeepsie
