Ravali was up bright and early to greet and was helpful with my inquiries.Unfortunately for my stay, The 1st floor has NO service and the wifi is ridiculously slow. I could not watch anything.
The hotel lobby is nice and looks fancy, especially for a 3 star hotel. The room was clean and enjoyable to stay in. Mrudula at the front desk was friendly and helpful. In the morning, I ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and was served by Regina. She was polite, friendly, and prompt with bringing out the food. Overall, a great experience!Food drinks: I had to pay for the basic breakfast options. Menu items included $9 eggs w/ bacon, toast and potatoes; waffles with fruit; drinks included juice, tea, and coffee
Regina was amazing. Great chatting with her about the area. Even though breakfast was over she made us a great meal. Thank you.Rooms aren't the best.
