Tomas Tapas Bar Restaurant

We rarely saw the owner running around, checking on our experience multiple times. Tomas, our waiter, was phenomenal. He was not only attentive but also friendly, even taking pictures for us. The tapas were delicious and the drinks were equally fantastic. To top it off, we were treated to a dessert of Guinness chocolate cake, which was a perfect 10.

We attended the 80s music New Year's Eve party at this restaurant. The food was incredibly tasty and the atmosphere was positively energetic. Even my usually hard-to-please wife had a fantastic time. We will definitely be returning for dinner here frequently.

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. I was there for a wine tasting event hosted by the Mid Hudson Food and Wine Society and the Good Year Wein Club. The small plates were paired perfectly with the wines, creating a great dining experience with delicious food, excellent wines, and a wonderful atmosphere.

Eating here is absolutely phenomenal! They know that they get good food when the chef is the owner. the thun-fish tars is amazing, and the lamb-supply and burratta are phenomenal! High-end-dinning, that's good price. my man loves her tequila selection and I love her wee!

This place is incredible! It's really a hidden gem! The food is amazing! Best in the Hudson Valley by far! Culinary excellence at its best! Tomas is an incredible chef, hands down.... You're missing out if you don't check this place out!
