Feedback gevenThe quality and service speed were good. I ordered a vanilla Frosty, but I was informed that only chocolate and peppermint flavors were available. No vanilla is simply unacceptable; that's something you'd expect from McDonald's, which is exactly why I prefer Wendy's. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Peppermint? Really?
The dining experience was absolutely fantastic! The service was incredibly quick, and I was very impressed. I would definitely visit again—1000/10! Food rating: 5/5.
I spoke with the manager because I had placed our order online and was worried it might not be ready in time. She assured me that my order would be processed once I arrived. When I got there, I found myself in the drive-thru line since they didn’t have enough staff to open the dining room. Thankfully, I was able to zip through to the last window quickly because I had already preordered and paid. It made things so much easier! The food was excellent, too!
Although we are not a big fast food eater when the impulse beats, it tends to be wendy’s. I wasn't there yet, so the menu for me is completely new. our picture: pecan chicken salad, double cheeseburger without twee, 2 10-pack nuggets and three big fries. the pommes were incredible. I don't remember that they taste so good: with the right season, crunchy and delicate hot piercing. fantastic. a few days ago I learned that wendy’s had recently changed the French frittier recipe. I'm glad. I prefer them to mcdonald’s, which is hit or measures to be the right temperature.
Staff ignored the line the whole time and manager was rude and no help. ordered online and the website was having issues she told me she had no control over that even though I had my receipt and paid. waited 20 mins for my order that I ordered ahead for.
