While I can't speak for all the dishes, I ordered the pastor street tacos with rice and beans, and they were absolutely fantastic. The meat was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, and the tortillas were soft and delectable. The rice and beans complemented the meal nicely as well. The prices were very reasonable, and I was pleased to see a solid selection of beers on the menu; I opted for a Pacifico. I will definitely be returning!
In Poulsbo, the food was quite good. However, the margaritas were a complete disaster; I managed to finish mine before the ice even sank below the rim. Everyone loved their meals, and I would definitely dine there again. The service was excellent, and our food arrived quickly too.
I stopped by for some soup and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the soup was wonderful. It seems to be a favorite spot for many regulars. I really loved it!
This has to be one of the worst food experiences I have ever had. First, chips were either cooked in bad oil or old corn flour was used and they tasted right on the edge of rancid. Second, the popular sangria was nothing more than welches grape juice with a bottle of wine waived over the top. Third, the entree which continues to haunt me, was the chicken enchilada (or that is the claim), with a side of pinto beans tepid and fresh from the can. I am not sure what was inside or outside of the tortilla but the poor flavor and texture of the chicken and the lack of any sauce that the enchilada should have been cooked in was disturbing. The bright spot was the young server doing her very best to understand why we were not eating our food. If you eat here... good luck!
The food was ok. I had the lunch special. One tamale w rice and beans for $8.99. The plate was hot. The tamale was chewy and very tough to pull apart. I had to use a knife to cut the tamale. They heated it up way too much. They didn't warn me the plate was hot and I ended up burning my arm. Basically the tamale wasn't fresh. I ordered enchilada style fries and they brought me cheese fries with enchilada dipping sauce. The rice and beans were good. The waitress did not come back to see how my food was. I only saw her when she took my order and when she brought the food. I had to flag a waitress down to get my check. They need to work on their service. It was not busy at all. It was another table and myself.
