The low price and counter people who provide fast and professional customer service brings it up to five stars. I come here fairly often for lunch.
Our kids favorite haunt. Lots of food items at cheap prices. No Costco membership required for the food court. You can order anything from hotdog and soda, to pizza by the slice or whole, soft serve ice cream and churros, a melty turkey-pesto mayo- provolone sandwich, chicken bake, chicken caesar salad, and lately they have an option for an Acai soft serve fruit bowl, and hot chili. You can call ahead and order your whole pizzas to go, and it's just usuallyabout 15 minutes wait time except for some busy late afternoon and evening times. Keep in mind that you can call in your pizza while you shop, pay for a whole pizza at the regular store's checkout stand, and then go right to the food courtside window to pick up. So easy!
Cheap food but the ETA I was given was only 1/3rd of the actual wait time. Also, the clerk did not check the order and handed me my pizza without collecting payment. When I realized and tried to pay, as my conscience would not allow me to benefit from his negligence,I was made to stand in line again before they would acceot payment (after already waiting for the extended ETA). A basic skillset, including predicting an ETA and reading orders/receipts should be the bareminumim for all food court employees.
Just wish they would check condiments. One side completely out and onion dispenser broken with handle just laying on table. Told crew but said they will get to it when they can. Just not the customer service they should provide. I usually love this place but not today.
Costco has a good selection of food varieties and menu, and they are all affordable. They have food ranging from a hotdog and drink for $1.50, whole big pizzas for $10, they have desserts like acai bowl and frozen yogurt, shakes, chicken bake, some have al pastor salad for the non meat eaters. The drinks are refillable as well as the condiments. They also display their calorie count for each menu item. Staff are always friendly.
