Don Pollo Grilled Chicken - Poway

It took about 20 minutes to get my chicken burrito. The burrito had pieces of cartilage and low quality pieces of chicken. The TV was playing with audio and music was playing and a kid had a tablet playing a kids video over top of it all.

Despite the delicious food and convenient location of the restaurant, they must focus on improving their customer service. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and needs to be coached on handling customers with respect.

First time here. Ordered takeout. Chicken enchiladas plate and vegetable tostadas. Wow! Really good food, fresh and clean. We will be ordering again. And again.

You can order just roasted chicken by the piece too! It is sooooo good! I'll add pictures next time I go, it won't be long! Wheelchair accessibility: Super flat parking lot and easy access to the door and tables.

My first time here. Quality grilled chicken, with grilled onions. Good beans, rice, and salsas. All tasty. Friendly staff and good prices. Nice alternative to big chain restaurants.
