Dunkin' - Powder Springs

Incredibly rude. Had one server refuse to serve us. Another server reluctantly came to the counter. Had to repeat myself 4 times at least. Didn't listen to any of my order. Refused to prepare my food the way I asked. just wanted cream cheese on the side). Got my coffee completely wrong after I repeated it 3 times. Threw my box of donuts across the counter at me. Didn't even get the donut order correct. Highly disappointed.

This is the first time I took to make a review on anything, ever. I am so upset because I ordered a small ice caramel coffee w cream and sugar. Simple order right? Why did it taste like iced black coffee with a huge pile of sugar on the bottom???? If you?re gonna make it bad just suggest me something else. I took the risk of being late just to be disappointed. At least when you?re late get food you?re happy when it?s good. I wasn?t. Won?t go here again lol

This place serves the best ice cream. I usually order a medium-size butter pecan with extra pecans, and they have not let me down yet.

Came in the day before to make a gallon coffee order. Manager wasn't in. Staff couldn't get a hold of her. Staff told me to come in the morning and I could order. They never answer the phone. I came the next morning , manager said we don't have boxes, sorry. I told her her Staff said come in the morning. She said I know. I asked if the number changed, she said, she didn't know. Awful and inconvenient.

I came here for a quick coffee before a before workAfter ~25 minutes of waiting, it still wasn’t out yet. Eventually, one of the people that ordered ahead of me asked about their coffee, and one of the staff was nice enough to get us the coffees that we ordered.Unfortunately, they asked me what I got, and I said cold brew, and they got me just a regular hot coffee. At that point I was too tired of waiting to correct it and needed to leave for my work so I left.Store is completely dirty management is garbage , they don’t clean up the store and the are loud throughout the entire time I’m here , playing loud music and just talking talking talking. Cant even make my order correctly. Everyone should be fired and store need entirely new crew. talking is fine but not so much especially when you’re not even making orders correctly the store has flies roaming all over is ridiculous.
