Feedback gevenThe service at this restaurant is terrible. It's unclean, items are often forgotten, and it's difficult to communicate with the employees. The food takes a long time to be served, and there are no condiments available. The ketchup dispenser is empty, and there are no drink lids. Every visit is consistently disappointing. I recommend going to the Wendy's across the street instead.
Fantastic McDonald's restaurant with excellent management and outstanding staff. The location is very clean and conveniently located for easy access.
I entered the restaurant to place an order and waited at the counter. A staff member informed me that I had to order at the kiosk, so I reluctantly did so. I ordered for dine-in and was instructed to take a table number card, place it on our table, and someone would bring us our food. I took my son to the play area and waited for a long time. When I went to check on our order, it couldn't be found. Eventually, it was located, and I inquired about the table number card. I was told that the kiosk should have given me a 4-digit number, but it did not. I was also informed that orders are not brought to the table, despite what I was told. Our food was packaged to-go instead of for dining in, and because I ordered at the kiosk, our drink cups were not provided until I requested them. By the time we received our food, it had already started to get cold. Overall, the customer service at this establishment was lacking.
One of the rare McDonald's that gets it right. Friendly workers, great customer service and the food is always hot and fresh. They move the lines quickly especially during breakfast and the morning workers will put a smile on your face.
I stopped here to get a quick bite to eat on my way to an event. I ordered two meals. When I opened the bag, the fries looked like they were sprinkled with pepper. I asked the employees of McDonald's started putting salt and pepper on the fries, theyreplied no. I asked if we could get another order without the black sprinkles. Someone bagging food who appeared to be a managersaid that's from the grease, it needs to be changed. The employee told us it would take a long time to get another order so Iasked for a refund. We were then told they'd make us a fresh order. We waited a little over 5 minutes for more fries with thesame black sprinkles. Unfortunately for us, we didn't realize this until we drove off. I called the location to speak with asupervisor. After the phone rang for 7 minutes, a gentleman who refused to give me his name answered claiming to be thesupervisor. He claimed they no longer gave names out because they were connected to a gas station and people played on thephone often. I assured him I was not playing on the phone and that I was calling with a complaint. He rudely continued toquestion me asking for my information to which I advised I didn't feel comfortable providing since he didn't provide his. Hethen told me he would use the caller ID to forward my info to their director if HR. The interesting thing about that is if theyhad caller ID, he could've given me his name, especially if he was a supervisor. I called the national customer service numberand reported this awful experience, but I caution anyone from going here. If the grease is so dirty it it makes the fries lookpeppered, imagine what is happening to other food that isn't visible. Patronize this location with extreme caution. Mydaughter and I were to afraid to eat anything so we just wasted money. But if you eat something from here it might be at theexpense of you health.
