Wendy's - Powder Springs

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my entire 45 years of living. They left five strands of hair in my drink, and I immediately threw it out. This experience makes me feel nauseous. It ranks in my top three worst restaurants, surpassing even IHOP and McDonald's. What a true disappointment. Maybe in another lifetime?

This Wendy's location is just like any other chain restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean. The food was on par with what you would expect from Wendy's.

Wendy's used to be very good, but the one we dined at was terrible. The fries were stale and the burger meat appeared dark and old.

This is the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve been in! The manager is amazing and so kind. She makes sure you are taken care of. I appreciate her.Dietary restrictions: Options for people who are trying to eat healthy.

Watched 3 people eating while taking orders and preparing food. Girl with long blue braids was eating fries out of the heater area. Guy making a bowl of chili saying he wouldn’t eat “this slop”. Guy at the door smoking a cigarette with his headset on for taking orders. Left without my order. Won’t be back.
