Five Guys - Powell

The food at this restaurant is always excellent and fresh. However, the staff at the Powell location often make mistakes with orders. Despite this, I have enjoyed my meals there. One issue I had was that they forgot to add bacon to my cheeseburger on multiple occasions. Bacon really makes a difference!

I only ordered the fries. I loved the generous portion size. This time, the flavors seemed just right, not too overpowering like in the past.

The employees at this restaurant were the most incompetent I have ever encountered. It is ridiculous that it took 8 employees a full hour to prepare 2 burgers and a small order of fries, and then pack it up for takeout. The lack of organization and leadership from management was comical. Customers may find themselves paying for the food, but staying for the entertainment of watching the uncoordinated staff in action. And of course, they will likely be waiting a long time to actually receive their orders.

Not for me. It wasn't too bad. Fries were flimsy and a little greasy. Burger was small compared to other places but the times the price. They have hot dogs and shakes also.I thought it was much too expensive. We spent around 50 dollars for two burgers a hot dog and shake. They do have free peanuts while you wait.Staff was very nice and place was clean. I know people really enjoy their food and it wasn't terrible. But I think it is much too expensive. We spent too much money to eat from a greasy bag and still be hungry hungry we left.

We came to eat and I was so pleased with the customer service and how they made me feel Right at home! Food was excellent
