Graeter's Ice Cream - Powell

In my personal opinion, Graeter's serves the best ice cream in the world. Their locations not only have delicious treats but also offer excellent customer service and a variety of products. I enjoyed a hot fudge sundae that left me with a warm smile and a satisfied stomach. Libby, in particular, was very friendly and provided outstanding service.

Love coming to Graeters. Today, changed my mind. Staff were not friendly at this location. I left without ordering and drove to the Upper Arlington store where service is always friendly.

Typically this place has amazing service. I was there today and the store manager Maddie was super rude to my mom and I to the point where we almost just walked out. It wasn't even like some teenager but a store manager. Like is that how you treat your customers? Like wow. I don't know if I will ever come back
