Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is a modern take on an upscale Italian bistro. There is a menu board to read from to the left of the counter area where you can select from salads or pastas and add your favorite meats and toppings. Think of this as being like an Italian Chipotle. Your meal is prepared quickly as you watch. Pay for your food and drink on the right end of the counter, and you eat in the dining room, or if weather permits, at one of the tables outside. Food quality is good.

First visit to a Piada's...Hope it won't be my last! Tasty Mariana sauce and grilled chicken over penne pasta for one; Carbonara for the other. Friendly staff!

Love that you can build your own bowls from salad to rice bowls. Food always seems fresh. Place is clean. You order at the counter and pickup your own food. Lots of indoor seating. Great for lunch

This is a bummer since I normally I love Piada. I ordered dinner through their online ordering system and picked it up in store. That process was perfect. However, the food was disappointing. I ordered the new Crepese Piada, which ended up being free as I received a perk by being a user of their app; sometimes they have special offers on new items through their app. If I paid the normal almost $12 for the item, I would have been very disappointed. The entire wrap was much smaller than any other one I've received from Piada. It was almost all greens, which is fine since Im not opposed to salads or greens as a whole, but it took a good four or five bites of the wrap to get to anything else in the wrap. And even getting to anything else was a soggy mess with hardly any meat. I normally love Piada, but maybe it's also partly a location thing. I usually order at the one on Lane Ave, but I opted for this location based on where I was at the time. I've ordered from the Dublin Sawmill Rd location before and also had a similarly disappointing experience. That previous time I even ordered my usual item and and was not a fan when ordered from a different location.
