A disappointing experience at Zaxby's. The service was very slow and the food took forever to arrive. When my Cobb salad finally did come, it had a bug in it that I almost ate! It was a total nightmare. I will never go back to this Zaxby's again and I'm hesitant to trust any other location of theirs.
I always receive fast and friendly service at this restaurant. They have never gotten my order wrong, unlike many others.
Eating was good, as always the service was a little slow because help problems.
Chicken could have been hotter but the sandwich was good.
