I was on vacation in the area and had the Cod, chips and mushy peas - it was delightful! I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

I have used this Chip Shop several times and last year it wasn’t very good but it has recently changed hands. The service and food is now excellent. I don’t normally eat mushy peas but they have Home made mushy peas and they were a nice colour and flavour. The cod was cooked fresh and again a good texture. The chips were really nice. Not greasy at all. They offer vegetarian options too. I used the online ordering option and it was ready to pick up quite quickly. The new staff are helpful and friendly. If you haven’t been for a while its definitely worth returning. Vegetarian options: We had the veggie nuggets but they have have veggie burgers and Halloumi too. Kid-friendliness: Several food choices for children.
