Prices Arms - Powys

Went here today, they have been only open a week but food really excelled. We would really recommend.

Cannot Wait for CHRIS AND DELLA to Return to the Prices Arms. Looking forward to the menu and hopefully the Surf and Turf will be there.

We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. By the time it arrived, I had my head resting on the table. The drinks also took about 15 minutes to be served each time we ordered. The restaurant was not even full, only about half full. The food itself was okay, but the chips and coleslaw seemed suspiciously similar to what I could buy at Tesco. It's a shame because we had visited a few years ago and the chips were homemade and much tastier. We did wait a while back then too, but not as long as this time, and we didn't mind as much because the food was better. Unfortunately, we can't say the same for this visit.

This little pub is set in a little village, about a half hour drive from where we live but worth every mile! A traditional pub with a warm welcome and lovely staff. Service is fairly good and the food is just delicious. Have visited several times now and have not been disappointed! Choice of meats and plenty of veg with delicious gravy. Top Marks!!

If you're searching for classic, straightforward pub food, this is the spot to visit. The generous portions ensure you won't leave hungry. The prices are also quite reasonable. I ordered surf and turf and indulged in a caramel brownie for dessert. I savored every bite.
