I thought for a long time what to write about the Ogar restaurant. I would like to say in advance that with this review I am not evaluating the hotel accommodation, but the restaurant and the food. Today's visit to the restaurant was a shock for me, as I have enjoyed excellent potato pancakes here in the past. However, what awaited me and my family today, I would describe as a bad joke. Hermelín with French fries looked and tasted like a semi-finished product to me, and despite the fact that there is no simpler dish on the menu, I have to rate it as very average overall. However, the horror occurred when three necks were served with potatoes and onions for almost 300 CZK. Four fried potatoes in their skins in the middle of the plate, on top of which was thrown meat, which I would rather call tendon, on top of that were thrown fresh (unroasted) onions, all covered in a sweet and sour sauce from the Vietnamese, and as the icing on the cake, all this disgusting stuff loaded in at least two heating oil. At that moment, I realized that I had truly never eaten worse food in a restaurant. I am sorry that I have to write such a review about the food, because the environment and surroundings of the restaurant are very pleasant. However, I probably won't be coming back to eat here.
