Great brunch experience in Zapopan. Excellent cuisine with a specialty in breads. I ordered the French omelette, which lacked a touch of salt, but it comes very well served filled with roasted vegetables and surrounded with roasted tomato wedges. My girlfriend ordered the bacon tower: a French toast on an impeccable brioche, with slices of grilled bacon and the perfect balance of sweet and salt. The coffee was very good, well served, and the space was beautifully designed, full of light, and very pleasant with a view of the avenue and also with its interior terrace. It is worth the trip to the Seattle neighborhood for this place.
The cost taste is not worth it, honestly. I made a modification to my chilaquiles with morita chili, focaccia and beans for a salad (which was not fresh) and it went up a lot. The very equi dishes. They lack texture and flavor. As for service, they took more than 20 minutes to take our order and for anything... even a simple napkin, they couldn't be seen. The only nice thing is the place and its decoration. They are not aware of food allergies. They have a lot of cross contamination
