They have two different rolls with very similar names (volcano and volcano). We ordered the volcano and they served us the volcano. When I mentioned the mistake, they said it was our mistake, that we said volcano and they made up a confusion. Nobody ate the roll and it was wasted. We told them that we didn't want to pay for the roll because we didn't eat it and we didn't order it, and they mentioned that they would discount it for them. I completely understand the staff, and I don't blame them, but the administration. Errors are human. Whether the error was in the kitchen, the waiter, the system, or the customer; Errors occur, and the staff should not be charged for them, but should be counted in the loss. It should be possible to absorb the cost of a mistake. We left with a very bad taste in our mouths for the mistake, and for the treatment, and certain we would never return. I wish the staff didn't have to pay for those moments of deciding whether to pay for the mistake with their own money, to keep the customer happy, or try to convince the customer at any cost that the mistake was theirs. #1 admit your mistakes. #2 absorb the cost of your waste and errors.
Nos atendieron muy bien. La comida deliciosa! Pedimos el rollo Infiel Especial y el Volcan además de un tepanyaki. Muy muy rico y el precio acorde a la calidad. Recomendable
