Kens Pizza - Prague

This used to be a great place to eat or dine, but has become so disorganized. What happened? Need structure!

I have been eating at Kens in prague for years and have never had any problems. Until just recently when all the managers changed and it is just a bunch of young people working there. I have found 2 fly's in my food within 2 weeks of each other. I told the manager about it and he actually told me that it had happened at least 2 different times that same day!! Seriously??!!! I was so disgusted!!

The food was good, but the service took forever. I considered turning to cannibalism because I was so hungry.

Very disappointing in appearance and flavor! What is advertised as beef on the nachos didn’t taste like beef

Decent pizza, empty hand sanitizer containers on the walls. Place was empty when we walked in at noon on a Saturday multiple workers working, we were not greeted with a smile, this was our first time eating here, we had no idea if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. We stood there for a moment and after no one made a move to help us we grabbed a menu off the counter and seated ourselves. A waitress finally came over and took our order. After eating we had to wait at least 15 min for the to go box we asked for, at this time there were only 2 other tables in the dining room. Then we were unsure if were to wait for a ticket or pay up front because she just set the box on the table without saying a word and walked off. Horrible service. Will not eat here again. Don’t waste your time or money. Not even worth it.
