The variety of teas from Asia is extensive and of high quality. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to share the story of the restaurant and suggest a tea that suits your taste. The food, however, may not be as flavorful as expected. I tried the soup of the day and baba-ganoush. If you are in Vermouth, they also feature rare finds from local craftsmen in Prague.
I had a panini filled with tomato and vegan mozzarella that tasted very similar to real mozzarella. I specifically asked if the dish was vegan and was told yes. It was simple but very tasty. They also had good organic wine. The restaurant may be easily missed, but it's worth going down into the tea shop and exploring further to find it. I highly recommend visiting this cafe/restaurant.
I tried a panini filled with tomatoes and vegan mozzarella at this restaurant. The vegan mozzarella tasted and felt similar to regular cow mozzarella, making me question if it was actually vegan. However, after confirming with the staff, I was assured that it was indeed vegan. The dish was simple yet delicious, and I also enjoyed a glass of good organic wine. The restaurant is somewhat hidden, located within a tea shop, so make sure to explore deeper into the shop to find it. Overall, I would recommend this place.
This restaurant is a very welcoming and cozy place. Upon entering, you have the option to take off your shoes and sit on the floor. The diverse selection of teas from various regions in Asia is quite impressive. This tearoom is of high quality and the staff is happy to share the history of the place and suggest a tea that suits your taste. In terms of food, it may be lacking in flavor - I tried the soup of the day and baba-ganoush. However, if you enjoy vermouth, they offer some craft options that are hard to come by in Prague.
I recently tried a panini filled with tomato and vegan mozzarella at this restaurant. The vegan mozzarella was so similar in taste and consistency to cow mozzarella that I had to double-check if it was truly vegan. The staff confirmed that it was indeed vegan, and I found the dish to be simple yet very tasty. They also had a good selection of organic wine. The restaurant may be slightly hidden, but if you venture down to the tea shop and continue further into the store, you'll find the café/restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place.
