O Candeeiro - Praia Dos Tres Irmaos

The restaurant is located very close to our hotel and is situated right on the beach. The waiter who served us was very helpful, efficient and attentive, which made having lunch there a very pleasurable experience. First class staff and service complemented by very good food. The fresh sardines and salad was delicious.

If you like fish or even if you don’t try the fish alvorian style. It’s rock salmon with a sauce that is really nice if you like oranges with sliced almonds on top. The prawn starter wasn’t bad either. I can’t comment on the steak as the wife wouldn’t give me any.

Very pleased to say this beach restaurant is back to how it used to be. Made welcome, food good value we were given the table we booked for a sunset dinner. We gave a less than kind review in 2017 and are now pleased to tell you O Candeeiro is worth a visit.

Great location right on the beach. Such beautiful views. Service was good but they seemed to be not enjoying themselves too much. Not a good selection for vegetarians. We share a margarita pizza which didn't seem to be hand made, and chefs salad which had ham, cheese, chicken, egg, tomato, a bit of grated carrot and red cabbage, plus mixed leaves. Bottle of mineral water was nicely chilled. Total bill was €28.... I think this price isn't reflected in the food, more the location.

This restaurant is right on the Alvor beach, the service is great, staff is very friendly. The food is good, there is a huge selection of fresh fish every day. Highly recommended.
