A refined menu blending local with gourmet. Loved the soft egg, potato cream, caciocavallo chees, sauteed spinach and black truffle for a starter. Nice Spaghetti Sciue Sciue and Noodles Pastificio Gentile with cheese, pepper, asparagus and scampi, all of which were finely chopped. Pastas were tasty….could have been served a lot warmer. Excellent service.

We ate at the Restaurant four times and loved it! Francesco and his staff were amazing as was the food.

We were in this hotel and decided to dine in the restaurant our first night. that was delicious. we tried the pasta with uni (loved this lobster pasta special and the tuna starter. everything was so good. the vision and the ambiente were perfect. quiet, quiet and stylish. excellent service. great wein recommendations.

We have eaten at the Restaurant several times and always and loved it. We had a great fresh fish that was soo delicious! Additionally, we had an amazing sunset view that was so very romantic! The food and staff were truly outstanding!
