Sonic Drive-in - Prairie Grove

I'm so disappointed! My entire order was messed up. My cheddar peppers were cold and my frys were too. They did get me new frys. They forgot 2 things on my order. And my burger had mustard after I asked for it without. I will not be going back to this sonic. Workers were rude!!! I kept apologizing for complaining but it was not even my Gault. Jiat trying to be nice!!! I had to heat my food up in the microwave when we got home because it took forever to get the stuff they messed up on. $40 order. Ughhh

I just stopped by to get a strawberry shake with m ms and and m m blast, corn dog, mozz, ched peppers. It took them 10 mins to take our order. Another 10 to take it out. When it was brought out Jackie/or Jaiden? brought it with ice cream all over the cup. My corn dog was not cooked all the way. Won’t be returning.

I tried to pay for my order at stall wouldn't take my card got food came home our food was cold and hamburger was old looking like been sitting for awhile I will be finding another place to get food from now on ridiculous for the price I paid for cold food

Since eaten here almost every year and finally one of my commands messed up. I pressed the button and answered a very polite guy. I told him I had a single Patty melt instead of a double and they didn't fight the right order of our asap with any question. I don't know the name of my auto-hops, but he recognized me as a tribe. this is a good customer service and I will be back! keep it on

Very disappointed. 10 mice on a chicken sandwich combo for dinner. the huh was literally too hard to eat. nasty! the employees must understand that they cannot serve evil food. If they wouldn't eat it, they won't serve it. this is strike three and will no longer order food from there... not that it is important.
