Feedback gevenThey were out of the unsweetened vanilla syrup today and worked with me to find another drink that would be equivalent, on top of that they were beyond generous and charged me less than the drink would cost because of that. Will definitely be back and glad to know the employees care!
I went in to Starbucks with my daughter. There are tables withPeople eating and drinking their coffee literally 5 feet away from the line. When I pointed out that there were five large horse flies swarming around in there food display, the weasel behind the counter told me to leave because I wasn?t wearing my mask.
The rudest starbucks staff i?ve ever encountered. Totally kills the starbucks vibe. And not only that but they are extremely slow and pay little attention to mobile orders. The staff demonstrates total ageism and shows 0 respect for my teenage daughter that comes in and is a paying costumer. My daughter goes up there to study and they shoo her off with a snarky responses.
I usual do not give reviews ever, but felt the need to let anyone know going to this Starbucks, you will be let down. If I could give no stars, I would. This location is absolutely the worst running Starbucks i have EVER gone to. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to places, especially during busy times. But it is constant, the amount of times I?ve had to throw a drink away because it was the COMPLETE incorrect thing is astronomical. I?ve just given up asking for my order to be remade because the lack of empathy given from the employees at this location also is another level, they just don?t care.
Carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino.... hardly any carme. Lack of flavor. I was going to post a picture, but don't see how. Blah!! 2 stars because they were nice. I contact the company, not that starbucks, a mmmb d they reimbursed me for it.
