Hard to beat this place! Food is superb and the staff is very welcoming. Giovanni and Lola do an incredible job.
Definitely liked the original location better. The new building is not as inviting, and the A/C issues are very annoying. Only 3 tables and everything else is booths or bar service. We had the Meat Lover's Pizza with Alfredo Sauce, and it was very good to me. My lady found it a little salty for her tastes. I dig the huge drink glasses they serve beverages in, I assume refills aren't often requested. Rolls were overcooked both times when they came to the table. The young lady who waited on us was extremely pleasant and attentive to us. She is an asset to the organization for sure. Hopefully, in enough time, they will get things back together, and the experience will improve.
Was stopping by while traveling and their bread was DELICIOUS, the owner happened to be there he was super welcoming and gave us a lemony cake. Overall food was great. Wish we had something like this back home
I’m not typically one to leave a review, but this is one that needs to be made. For starters: the parking lot for this new location is insanely small and somewhat hard to navigate. If you’re looking for a place to park here during peak meal times, good luck! When we entered, the vibes were great as the host sat us at our table. That was, unfortunately, the best part of our dining experience tonight. After ordering and getting our drinks, our server was dismissive when my mom told her that her tea was unsweetened when she ordered a sweet tea. Rather than apologizing and offering to get a sweet tea, the server asked my mom what else she wanted to drink. Drinks consistently took a minimum of 5 minutes to get to our table. When our food arrived, it didn’t look right. My mom ordered the lasagna and I ordered the Italian Sampler. The meat inside of our lasagnas looked gray and were both overloaded with cheese and a watery tomato sauce, and I had so much alfredo sauce on my fettuccine alfredo that it was circling around my plate merging with the chicken parmigiana and lasagna. The rolls we were served were mostly delightful, aside from the couple that were hard as rocks. When it came time to pay the bill, we were charged for the tea that my mom did not drink and the server said that she found out the tea indeed was not sweetened so she sweetened that batch herself. We requested the tea be removed, paid our bill, and left utterly disappointed after having such an excellent experience when we first dined with Fratelli’s years ago.
