Mi Padre Mexican Cafe - Prairieville

My family and I eat at this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week, and it's usually really good. However, this time it was not good at all. I called to let them know, and the manager said he will make it right next time. I hope it's not going downhill, as the food is usually excellent. If they don't improve next time, we may have to find another place to eat. Take out service for dinner.

We get Chips salsa there but our family does not find their food that good. Service: Take out Food: 2

I posted on Yelp, but I will not patronize this business again. My order was incorrect and the waiter admitted fault; that he misunderstood and told the kitchen to put everything separately instead of the chips only being separate. When I called, he said that I could coke back and get money back or he would write my name down for them to make the order right. When I called the manager, a female, Aniyah or something similar told me that they would not be correcting the order because that is what I ordered. Absolutely not, I did not order the way it came. Your waiter/hostess got it wrong. I was wondering why the establish was empty, now I know. I will drive to Blue Bonnet to patronize Mi Padres there where there is excellent customer service and they my order is correct, and if it is notthey don’t blame the customer.
