Southern Maid Donuts - Prairieville

The service was outstanding, and the donuts were fantastic. They have the best Bacon Maple donuts I've ever tried!

As someone from the New Orleans area, I typically have to make a trip all the way to the city to satisfy my craving for chocolate donuts. However, that's no longer necessary because Southern Maid offers chocolate donuts, but only on weekends. This is probably for the best, as I would indulge in them daily if they were available every day! They even have chocolate-covered chocolate donuts! I make sure to get my chocolate donuts every weekend!

I really appreciate the small, thoughtful gestures that seem to be disappearing in our world filled with greed and rudeness. It was refreshing to receive such a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I give this place a perfect score! Not many places make you feel so welcomed. Keep up that lovely attitude; we need more people like you!

Our family loves this local business! We've been coming here for years and will miss them greatly now that we're moving away. Ken and his crew are a pleasure to see in the morning. Thank you guys for your delicious treats and wonderful company.

I'm driving a long way for it. Ken, the owner, is incredible, and the staff is consistently polite and helpful! I would choose this place over two other donut shops any day. Their donuts melt in your mouth and have a unique flavor that's simply unlike any other. I'm actually glad it's a bit far away; otherwise, I’d be in a diabetic coma and much bigger!
