Da Sapore - PRATO

Da Sapore is a small pizza restaurant with a few tables, that serves a variety of pizza slices. The pizza is usually fresh as there is a lot of turnover, and can be bought by the (rectangular) slice, or as a whole pizza. The slices are thicker than Neapolitan style pizza. If you want special toppings, then something unique happens: the slice is passed back to the kitchen, where the toppings are added and the slice is essentially re-made. I've not seen that before.

Delicious pizza in the middle of the lawn. consumption on site or takeaway.

Very good and fragrant pizza, the real Neapolitan pizza, especially the one with tropea olives, a real delight! every time I go to the center of the lawn I always stop there to make a snack!
