Taco Bell - Pratt

Placed mobile order and was advised at the speaker it would be 10-15 minutes. I waited for 40 minutes to get to the window and was told it would be another 30 minutes. They also denied giving me a refund.

Skip this place, was told it's a 15 min wait once I got to the drive thru speaker and couldn't get out due to a car behind me. Left after 20 minutes and still no

This place is slow to get order. Don't think they have enough help.

My order was less than satisfying nd requests were not followed. Part of my order was served cold. Not a good look. On the upside even though I walked in to dine, the young guy working the drive thru was kind nd smart enough to greet me. Didn't even receive that from the two managers present.

Waited for 45 mins in pratt Kansas for an online order that I order 20 mins before coming. Then once in the drive through I had to pull around front and wait another 20. There wasn’t even a lot of people. There is a worker taking a break eating food in front of everyone instead of helping.Great experience Taco Bell!!! NOT
