Applebee's Grill - Prattville

That used to be my favorite applebe location, until 2 days ago. I drove 60-mile round trip to have the worst experience since the paragliding of this company! this special night seemed as if the whole Darn staff was on holiday, and my server was the worst of server in history! he took our job, brought cold wing old for the appetizer not on our table again, all night! no beverage refills or anything! another server had to bring our check after a 15-minute waiting period. the replacement waiter got the manager to take off $5 of the meal, totally inert, I 'd much more likely they see their team members for their bad performance lacking customer service!

I didn't know they had a vegan burger until recently, it's so good and tastes like a real burger. Of course, to make it vegan and not vegetarian, they don't have to get a cheese on it. service was really great very nice people. beautiful atmosphere.

I really enjoy this restaurant. going to the house is always nice, but picking up is also good. so or so, eating is always brilliant. Also, applebee’s is alway running a kind of fantastic offers on their email list, so I would strongly recommend being part of it. it pays off when they go at least once in the month or even on special occasions like the super dish

My pasta was lukewarm like it had been left out since Christmas. My sister's drink was watered down with ice even though she asked for light ice. Our server was delightful though.
