Fazoli's - Prattville

A good experience. The food was amazing, everything tasted very fresh. (Side note, the breadsticks beat Olive Garden's around a mile. Our server Kathy was by far the most friendly person I had waited for me in a very long time. My mother I went to lunch has never been to a Fazoli ever, while the food was great, the experience we had from Kathy was great personality friendliness, which will visit us regularly now. Will definitely recommend Fazolis friends family.

This was my first experience with Fazoli or any kind of Italian food served as fast food. I didn't expect much, but, WOW, I was so surprised.! The food was delicious and the bread sticks were AMAZING. I ordered the baked sampler with a side salad that turned out to be more food than I needed. So good. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was really clean. The tables were disinfected after each customer before another sits. We'll be back next time.

Everything was great. I wish I had received the name of the woman that she went over to support my family with our order meal. The best Fazolis I've ever been by far!!!

Okay, it's Fazolis, so that's not a white tablecloth. But up to Fazolis I've ever had, this is the best. Super clean, super fast service, and the food tasted as good as it looked. Honestly, if you saw a commercial for Fazolis, I would think it was filmed at this point, food and everything. Top Notch!

The food was as good as always. The wait staff were definitely on top of their game despite being pretty busy when I was there. Would definitely go back if I am ever back in the area.
