Steak 'n Shake - Prattville

Eating was really great. No complaints. The server we had was super generous and helpful. He consistently checked us and made sure we were great. Food was hot and fresh and her coffee was amazing! Definitely here will be back for breakfast.

Server was timely with drinks and our order to take, but then we waited 34 minutes for our food. There were 3 more tables in the restaurant, and the workers are basically just standing around and not in a hurry. I asked our server how much longer at 25 minutes and their answer was that I am not the cook, you want a refill what I do. Not typical of this store, but definitely not that I want to back soon.

We love Steak's Shake! I would rate this visit 4 stars, mainly due to the personalized service we received. Our server seemed overwhelmed, managing too many tables, which made things a bit tricky for our party of seven. There were a couple of mix-ups: one order was incorrect and another was overcooked. However, they corrected both issues, although by the time we got our replacements, the rest of our group had already finished their meals. I ordered the Frisco Melt with a side of sauce and fries, and it was delicious! The milkshakes were fantastic and made perfectly. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean. Just a heads up: entering the parking lot can be a bit confusing since GPS instructions suggest turning left where it’s not allowed.

Update the girl at the dive window carefully packed our food and also cover our fry's in a way so that the not all fell out of the bag that was nice to see someone really care. The food was better then

The food here is fantastic and very reasonably priced! Their shakes are simply phenomenal. They also offer flavored fries, and we tried the salt and vinegar—absolutely delicious! We visited during lunchtime, so it got a bit busy, but the service was impressive considering how crowded it was.
