To make matters worse, none of the toppings are labeled, so you have to guess what they are. I ended up paying almost $20 for two frog bowls that were just the size of yogurt, and there was absolutely no hospitality shown. The cashier collected our money and spent the entire time in the back. They even sell Sweet Frog merchandise, yet no one mentioned it or asked if I was interested in buying a shirt. I don't mind spending money, but I value businesses that show appreciation for their customers, especially during tough times. Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied with both the service and my experience there.

Sweet Frog provides a fantastic selection of guilt-free desserts. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the interior is clean and well-maintained.

My kids and I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and provides excellent customer service. The dining area and restrooms are always very clean. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
