Mcdonald's - Preakness

Usually the sweetest people, never have an issue, try calling to ask about anything and they’re rude and hang up on you. Used to love this McDonald’s and their crew unfortunately not returning :

Even though we shouldn't be going out to eat fast foods, McDonald's in Wayne hamburg turnpike is the best. Always packed, and for me, it means the food is always being made and sold constantly; nothing sitting on the food stands for hours.

If I can give this place a zero star rating I would. Absolutely the worst employees and service. Dont bother going to the driveway. They will make u park and wait 10 minutes (literally) to bring food to u. The absolute WORST! No other mcdonalds have these issues. I just dont get it.

The atmosphere is good. However, the customer service was poor. My order was for dine in, but I was handed my order in take out bag. When I went to ask for a tray, the girl that handed the tray was really rude. She was not curdiest towards me. Whatever happened to a 'please ', 'thank you ' or 'your welcome '. It was not good nor professional for Mcdonalds reputation. I am expecting better customer service next time.
