Frannie's - Prescott

I really enjoy this charming little ice cream shop. The flavors of their ice cream are delicious, and their drinks are just as good. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the place is always clean when I visit. Even when it gets busy, the line moves quickly.

The frozen yogurt selection here is fantastic, with around 20 different flavors to choose from. I tried a combination of mocha, mint, and vanilla bean, topped with chopped pecans. It was a lovely experience sitting and watching people stroll around the square.

I hadn't visited this place since it was a TCBY. It's a decent spot for self-serve frozen yogurt or hard scoop ice cream, but we were greeted by a strong odor of cleaning solution when we walked in, which made it impossible to eat inside. We ended up enjoying our ice cream outside, but overall, it was just okay. As my child aptly put it, "The sign says Arizona's best, but it should say average. 'Best' is a lot to live up to."

Worst customer service experience I?ve ever had, we went to this place to get ice cream and it wasn?t a good choice, place smells bad like rotten milk, 2 girls behind the counter didn?t even acknowledges us and kept talking to each other for a good 4 minutes while we were standing waiting for them, we never been to this place so we asked the cashier where do we order,, her response was extremely rude and disrespectful, we decided to leave without ordering. I?ll absolutelynot recommend this place at all. Go to treat center way better customer service and fresh delicious ice cream

Yummy. Hard to go wrong with ice cream. Indoor space and a few outdoor seats for those of us with pets.
