Papa Johns Pizza - Prescott

After the order I just received. I hope I'll never buy anything from papa John's again. there was nothing in the pappadia. the big pizza I could see the crust and has little sauce and tasted like karton. that was half decent. all extremely cold and disappointing.

I delivered the wrong pizzas to my house and I couldn't stop the load. had to drive there and at the arrival the cashier had the phone on the side of the answer machine so that I could not get it. cook threw a fit that I wanted a remake, even that was that I delivered the wrong pizza completely. no one in the load wore gloves, in the main lobby crawling. I requested a refund, but the manager refused absolutely, but finally made my pizza. I was waiting for the remake for almost 40 minutes. I will not eat it anymore or at this place again and again

Store is under new management, so we decided to take a chance. food was great!

It seems like every time I go to this Papa John's the staff there goes on beyond job description. They're very nice they're very sweet. The girl that was working at it tonight Kylie. She was was very nice and very sweet any question I had she answered it. She didn't get irritated by me and she kept a smile on her face a very polite Papa John works. what you guys are doing with your workers. Your are doing a good job keep it up. Thank you. Plus your food is delicious you guys out beat a lot of places. I don't like pizza but when I want pizza I go straight to you guys first. So once again thank you and thank your great staff. Google, please do not allow local businesses to lie about their operating hours. Papa John's of Prescott explicitly told me that they stop take-out orders at 9:40 PM. (I walked in Tuesday night, the 17th of May, 2022, at about 9:45, and that's what the manager stated to me. Of course she was making that up!
