Pizza Hut - Prescott

This location is definitely improving. I can't believe they now charge for Ptarmigan and pepper packets.

I ordered two large one-topping pizzas with breadsticks—one pepperoni and one Italian sausage. Both pizzas were incredibly delicious, and the breadsticks were great as well. The pizzas were hand-tossed, which added to their quality. The person who took our order over the phone was very polite and explained the specials they had, as well as the estimated delivery time. The delivery driver was also courteous and called to let us know when he was on his way. We will definitely be ordering from Pizza Hut again, and I highly recommend them for their excellent pizza and service. Thank you to the Pizza Hut team! (Date: 6/23/23)

My husband and I are big fans of Pizza Hut, but we often struggle to find one while traveling. We were delighted to come across a Pizza Hut in Prescott. After placing our order over the phone, we arrived just in time to find our pizza nearly ready. We were also pleased to discover that we could enjoy our meal inside the restaurant instead of taking it home. Finding this Pizza Hut was easy, and we were warmly welcomed by William, the store manager, who was friendly, helpful, and very professional. Our pizza was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. The dining area was bright, cheerful, and impeccably clean. Now that we've discovered this location on Willow Creek, it will definitely be on our list for many future visits when we're in town. Thank you, William! It was a pleasure chatting with you and hearing about the new menu items coming in the next few months. If you’re a fan of Pizza Hut, this location is definitely worth a visit!

Closed 2 hours early, canceled my order and didn't inform me at 7:50 claiming they closed at 8. Carryout hours posted on their door said they closed at 10.Edit: no response from support about refund, no response about closing early,

I received the wrong pizza.I ordered a New York pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. I received a plain New York pizza. I had to call 4 times before anyone answered the phone. The person I talked to gave me a 25.00 credit on my next order, but did not offer to refund my money. This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut in ten years. It took one hour to deliver the pizza and it was luke worm.James Corcoran
