When he arrived, however, he was told there was no order for us, so he had to reorder and wait for it. I called to inquire about the situation, and a young girl answered. When I explained what had happened, all she could say was that he must not have written it down. This is now the second time in a row that our order has been incorrect. A couple of weeks ago, I called and placed an order for three pizzas, two dinner salads, and wings for my family while we were dealing with a loss. I was told I could pick it up around 5:30 PM, and the total was about $64. However, when we got there, we were informed that there were no salads available. Instead of the cost going down due to the missing salads, it actually increased. Up until this point, your restaurant has been the go-to pizza place for my whole family. The wings were excellent, the pizza delicious, and the service was great with fast delivery. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!

I also ordered fried mushrooms, but they arrived cold in the center—exactly 64 degrees, to be precise, as I always carry my Thermapen MK4 for food temperature checks. They should have been at least 140 degrees internally. While they did offer to make a fresh batch, I waited 22 minutes and nothing came. During my wait, I noticed the cashier was engaged in a conversation with the cook, while the delivery guy was preoccupied with his phone. Frustrated and feeling ignored, I decided to leave. Overall, it was a waste of both money and time. I would recommend trying a different place instead.
