Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Disappointing! Chicken Strips are very odd, like is this real meat? I couldn't quite tell what it was, consistency was strange, I think rubbery or something. Hadn't been to a Popeyes in two years or more, but they're so hyped up, wanted to try the chicken. The batter was very unflavorful other than the spice. The biscuit was like a hockey puck???? and I don't recommend the coleslaw. The frozen Strawberry Lemonade though! Yes, get that for sure! The drive through team was very helpful and cheerful so that's the reason for 3 stars! Definitely won't be back for the food though!

Ok, not sure what to say about this. I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal from Popeyes in Prescott valley. Went through the drive through. No large drink cups, so i ordered two small cups (they said that?s all they had). Funny that?s all they had last time I drove through about a month ago. They asked me what side I would like...I ordered the new Mac and cheese. I drove all the way home to find this container of Mac and cheese. Now, I haven?t touched it yet or eaten any of it...this is how it came. That?s not even an Ice cream scoop size. What happened to the rest? Is it supposed to be that empty? Guess I won?t be ordering Mac and cheese again. Chicken was good otherwise I?d give it one star Come on Popeyes! Are times that tough where you have to short people?s orders? Or is that how it is supposed to be?

Needless to say I was very disappointed in my order. I had ordered a chicken sandwich meal with french fries and a drink. My sandwich was so greasy and so were my fries. I ate half of it only to have to be in the bathroom an hour later getting sick from it. I love Popeyes but this food here was terrible. First time trying this one in Prescott Valley. Think I'll do without when I'm here. Can't afford to get an upset stomach and sit in the bathroom

The staff needs to pay better attention to the order I requested 16 pieces of mild chicken and was given spicy; then I tried contacting the store for a replacement (granted it was 6 hours later) and they could only give me ½ as a replacement. When you spend $50 on a meal, one would expect it to be fulfilled/replaced properly.

SECOND TIME Through the drive through. Ordered large family meal. Got home opened bag and chicken tasted as if it was three days old. 26 piece meal more wings no breast only thighs. Tried calling busy signal. for hours?.?! THEY DONT CARE.!!!!
