Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies

I ordered a peanut butter and banana protein shake, while my daughter had a strawberry banana shake. Both were incredibly thick and delicious. They were so filling that I could have easily skipped lunch and just had the shake instead. The customer service was fantastic as well!

I was the first customer of the day and had a rather unpleasant experience with an older lady who was handling my avocado toast order. She informed me that it would take 10 minutes to make the toast, which I couldn’t wait for, so I decided to cancel my order. However, I felt her response could have been much more courteous instead of huffing and puffing. I had no intention of causing trouble; I just felt that customers shouldn’t be treated like a burden for ordering something that's on the menu and heavily advertised. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for my morning stops. The drinks are overpriced anyway.

I apologize for not realizing you were closing in about five minutes, which meant it was 6 PM. I noticed you were still serving another customer at that time. Unfortunately, one of the three staff members was quite rude and seemed to take on a managerial attitude, which was disappointing. I felt bad for the other two employees who seemed to be trying to make up for her demeanor. Perhaps a role that doesn't involve customer service would be more suitable for someone with that attitude, especially when it comes to making smoothies and handling last-minute sales of $40.

If I want terrible service and a high calorie cup of pure sugar out of a box I could go to McDonald 's for a lot cheaper! Really, the smoothies taste good, but the back door was open one day and there were 20 or 30 boxes full of liquid goo being piped in to create the fresh smoothies. I have never had a positive service experience here, and after giving it many opportunities, I just really can 't support them anymore.

I come in here Monday through Friday and spend anywhere between 15 and $25 every day all the girls are really nice great service. The only thing that can be a little annoying is they seem to run out of ginger shots early on and the wheat grass is usually gone pretty quick so I think they need to order more produce and I was disappointed when I went in there today and they were closed before 5 o?clock aside from that it?s a cool place
