Burger King - Preston

Ordered food via the burger king app on Sunday, order went through money taken from my bank. Get to Burger King to find shutters down closed. Why didn't they say on the app they weren't taking orders??

On a shopping trip to Preston and found Burger King the restaurant was clean The staff were well presented and very nice Meal was tasty

Called in just before 10am on Saturday 15th December for a quick bite. My partner had a muffin which was fine, I ordered a double whopper meal but that was greasy and not enjoyable. After we had eaten we asked to use the customer only toilets and this is where it really went downhill. My partner went in first and she was really disgusted as she found something floating in the toilet bowl and as the handle on the toilet doesn’t work properly, she had to press it numerous times before it would flush, the next problem was that there is no toilet paper (should have been checked before they opened). The toilets had not been checked prior to opening as there was rubbish on the floor, really poor standard, I don’t expect luxury, just clean tidy and well maintained toilets.

I visited here one day as when passing. I enjoyed the chicken Royale fries for a bargain price as I had a voucher. The restaurant is quite small however was not crowded and I did not have to queue. I think there may have been some tables outside the restaurant within the shopping centre.

Amazing service, I’m in a wheelchair and I was made more than comfortable and staff bring food to me and probably the best **** double whopper I’ve had, wanted to add some other sauces and cheese and Stephen made sure it came as I asked all hot and fresh within a couple of minutes. Will definitely be back!
