I only stopped by for two pots of tea. There was a customer ahead of me and it took ten minutes before I was attended to. There was only one person handling payments. The staff were rather unfriendly and impolite. This is not the level of service I would expect from a restaurant like M@S, which has a reputation for excellence.

We waited in line for 20 minutes for coffee and cake. One employee finally came up to take our order. The service was very slow, with the staff seeming uninterested and no other employees in sight until 20 minutes had passed. When three others finally appeared, the supervisor was quite brusque. There was no excuse for the long wait. We will not be returning. This level of poor service is not what we expect from a restaurant like this.

I went to this restaurant with some friends after making a purchase. We had to wait about 15 minutes. Once we were seated, the service was slow. The server was unable to apply the discount we had, which was frustrating. It took a while for us to be served as different servers kept coming to our table. The food also took a long time to arrive. The toastie I ordered was not very good and I wouldn't recommend it.

Today at 2:30 a.m. cafe was quietly queued twice as long normal for 2 drinks, which were then brought on our table a person only behind the counter a person who traces trace data to various employees who supply tablets to table. Very nice set up and very good social distance and very spaced out and the staff serving you is excellent would be coming back a again
