Eggs were microwaved and grey in the middle. Staff member very loud and rude, wouldn’t come back
We have visited Morrison cafe over the years. But recently it has gone so bad. Don’t think we will waste our money on it again. Staff are lovely and I think they are even ashamed at the quality of food they bring to the table! The pictures are of what we should of got and what we did get…you guess which is which!
Ordered veg breakfast twice been now this month and it's stone cold . Staff are pleasant enough and service quite fast but when you have pointed out food was nearly cold on last visit. Lease make sure it's hot then you think they would at least try. Toast also cold scrambled egg not much better 18 pound for that a ham toasties three drinks. But no effort to make sure going out hot at all . Won't be going g in again
I live locally and usually go to the green frog which is excellent but as it was freezing I decided to go in morrisons. Big mistake! The egg was raw, I complained and got a choice of another breakfast or refund. I chose refund . I did not talk to the manager as she was upstairs go to the green frog.
The food is good for a quick lunch and the staff are pleasant however the service leaves a lot to be desired. Problems surround the system of operation where the check out lady has to frequently leave her post to respond to requests from customers. This results in queues of frustrated customers. You then have to queue again for your coffee from an undermanned coffee counter. This could all be overcome with a little thought and planning. Frustrating!
