Quattro Italian Cuisine - Preston

Overall, my experience at the restaurant was good. I have only tried their pizza so far, and I was pleased to find out that the food is halal. The pizza was thin, which I liked, and it had a generous amount of toppings that were fresh and flavorful. The cheese was melted and the pizza was hot. However, I was expecting more of a traditional Italian Neapolitan pizza experience, especially since the restaurant is called "Quatro," which means 4 in Italian. The chips were average, but I enjoyed them with the red salt. The person who served me was nice, and the restaurant was clean and spacious, making it ideal for large gatherings with family or friends. The prices were reasonable and I found it to be great value for money. I plan on returning to try their fried chicken. A suggestion would be to enhance the pizza by adding oregano, basil, or olive oil to give it that authentic Italian taste.

After a long day in Blackpool, we went to Quattro for a meal and it was fantastic. We loved the mixed grill and the children enjoyed their dishes as well. I highly recommend the lamb, it was incredibly tender and flavorful. Many thanks to the Quattro staff for their excellent service and delicious food.

The food was great and there were plenty of options to choose from.
