Subway - Preston

If I could give zero stars I would. The girl who served me on 13/2/24 at 17.45 was an awful, rude, arrogant and very ignorant person no idea about customer service at all. Put me off going in ever again!

The young boy Oliver was very pleasant and chatty, helping me make a decision without being pushy. He was prompt in suggesting extras in a respectful manner.

Served by a lovely young women, 654 who managed our large order really well, she was polite and helpful. Couldn’t thank her enough for making such a big order so easy!

I ordered a cheese sandwich at the subway restaurant, but they only put two cheese triangles and toasted it. The salad options I requested, such as lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, and red onions, were missing. When I asked for more cheese, they told me it would cost extra, which I paid. The sandwich was disappointing and I could have eaten two of them. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. Vegetarians and vegans should eat before visiting as I left feeling hungry and disappointed.

The manager's attitude was rude and aggressive on the phone. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again due to the poor service from the manager.
