Mugg Bean - Pretoria

After being spoiled with a meal voucher, we went to Mugg n Bean on n Friday morning for breakfast/brunch.<br/ The vibe was nice, a lot of people, having drinks and breakfast, but a bit cold-ish. I think it is because the Restaurant is so hidden away.<br/ <br/ Our waiter, Richard was amazing, we felt really special, his service was quick and friendly, he even passed and confirmed that our food was almost ready.<br/ We ordered orange juice and a large red cappuccino. For mains we wanted to try something we don't usually order, we went big!<br/ We ordered a Club Snacker and a Backyard BBQ Pretzel. I was really disappointed when they did not have the Pretzel bun in stock, I was looking forward to trying it for the first time, but I still wanted to try the filling so I agreed with ciabatta bread instead.<br/ <br/ The portions was generously big, and the flavours so tasty. We really enjoyed our meals. Thank you for a great time

The hustling and busty of the staff and busy morning experience is chaos for anyone but this Mugg Bean had it completely under control. There were no seats left inside and the manager organized for us to get a table inside in less then five minutes which was fantastic as it was a bit chilly out this morning, thank you to her and her absolutely great attitude in assisting us. <br/ <br/ Unfortunately I forgot to photograph the food but I do have a photograph of their new delicious mocha chino. We ordered the Mugg Bean classic which was just what we were looking for. Everything was prepared to request and the honey bacon was definitely one of my favourites on the plate. <br/ <br/ I think Mugg Bean should be applauded for their outstanding service especially due to the busy morning rush of breakfast. Everyone was on their feet getting orders out and satisfying their customers to their full potential.

Mugg Bean is one of the best places for a business meeting or a light meal on the go.<br/ <br/ I had the easy cappuccino with cream, always a winner! Great in this cold weather. Served to perfection!

Nice coffees, cakes and Muffins. All done in accordance to the standard tested formula. Nice close to my office for a morning cuppa. <br/ <br/ The peppermint crisp cake is devine, i think its better than the tart!

I enjoyed my breakfast as much as I enjoyed the service but I was confused at a point, I don't know why I had 3 waitresses.If it's their way of keeping customers happy, then it worked especially with one of them I had good and long conversation with, very friendly and carrying. I had to tip her well.
