I had a difficult time placing my order because the staff were busy talking to one another, and the cashier didn't seem to pay attention to what I was saying.

This small Roman's store offers excellent service. While the shop has limited parking and very few seating options—just a couple of tables for small groups to quickly dine at—it's primarily a takeaway place. In my experience, the staff is consistently outstanding and capable of managing large orders, whether placed in person or over the phone. It can get quite busy, especially since it's conveniently located for locals, which may lead to some minor delays in orders, but nothing significant. Overall, I've had a great experience every time I've visited.

I went there for a takeaway. The staff member was polite and greeted me with a smile. The wait for the pizzas wasn't too long. However, they lost one star because they initially tried to charge me for a large pizza instead of the medium I had ordered; this mistake was only corrected after I pointed it out.

Pizza is of the best that I have tasted for a Romans take away, the base is not too dry that some Romans outlets suffer from. The service is also good. Would have given 5 starts if not for their meat lasagna. The mince tasted a bit crumbly.

Roman's Pizza Brooklyn is the best. I eat here everyday and have never had a problem. The manager Cornelius is one of the friendliest guys you'll meet and he'll always make sure you leave satisfied.
