The interior decor is truly beautiful, but the menu is quite extensive and can be a bit overwhelming for those who are not native Chinese speakers. I also noticed a language barrier, which can hinder the experience, as it makes communication with the waitstaff challenging. However, the food is outstanding, and the seating is quite comfortable. While I think adding some sofas to complement the top-notch decor would be a nice touch, the current seats are perfectly adequate. Overall, the ambiance is very relaxing.

Every penny is worth it. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is outstanding. The dishes arrived quickly and were incredibly fresh.

This is the best Chinese food I've ever had! I did take away one star due to the service, which wasn't very warm. The woman who took our order was knowledgeable about the menu and fantastic, but unfortunately, the other waitstaff were not very pleasant or friendly. The food was served in a staggered manner, which was quite frustrating. Some guests received their meals before others at the table, causing a bit of confusion. Despite these issues, the food was absolutely amazing; it just requires a bit of patience.

Had a father daughter date night here. Enjoyed the Dim sum. My dad tried the crispy beef was amazing. Pricey, but authentic Chinese food!

I love that there is authentic Dim Sum near me, but the location is not the best. It's in a casino! We can constantly smell the smoke. Yuck. Okay, besides that this place is great. A little on the fancy and pricier side, but well worth it. Try the BBQ pork buns (baked and steamed , radish cakes, prawn dumplings, beef meatballs, sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves, Xiao Mai/Shumai, sesame balls with red bean, and egg tarts. If you want even more authentic, check out Shun De in Joburg (32 Derrick Ave, Cyrildene-different owner! . It's a hole in the wall and much cheaper. And then go downstairs for Taiwanese bubble milk tea at Momos.
