L'auberge Gourmande - Primarette

I often go to this place with my family and we have not been disappointed even once. The food is creative, well-presented, very tasty. The people are very friendly and it's surely, at least to my knowledge, the best restaurant in the zone!

We read the very positive reviews about this little out of the way restaurant and were very disappointed with the service. I realize it was a busy Sunday afternoon and we arrived at one o'clock, but we waited 30 minutes for a menu, another 15 to have our order taken and then another thirty minutes to finally get our food, which was average at best. We were seated in a side room that lacked any charm. It could have been so cute, but was just blah. Nothing on the walls, although it was close to the restrooms, which were nice and clean. I might stop here again if there was nothing around, but I would never go out of my way to eat here. Maybe on another day, it could have been a good experience, but I don't think I'll ever be back.

We decided to try dinner here having seen it was a very busy, popular place for lunch. We had excellent meals, succulent magnet de canard, a very tender steak with morille sauce and a chicken fricassee between us. This is evidently a family business with maybe a young son serving and the parents cooking up a storm in the kitchen. The food was so good we even had desserts, which we wouldn't normally bother with. The lemon in the lemon meringue was very good even if a little too sweet for my taste but the gratin aux fruits rouge which turned out to be a creme brûlée with raspberries and strawberries, and the chocolate mousse were a real hit. The service was efficient, unobtrusive and friendly. We would definitely go there again. Check opening hours before you go.

Un restaurant ou les habitués du midi " plat du jour " cotoient les clients de passage Un rapport qualité prix très correct pour le menu du jour et une carte intéressante Je vous recommande les gambas poelées à l 'ail , un delice ! pas toujours au menu mais le patron " Charlie " peut le faire en depannage , sympa ! Une adresse sans prétention mais une bonne surprise
